Landed-cost transparency

See where the door-to-door price is built—and where cheap quotes usually break.

Cost stageWhat the scoped quotation includesCommon low-quote trap
Origin · ChinaFactory pickup, receiving or consolidation, export filing and stated origin terminal handlingInland pickup and warehouse handling appear after cargo is committed
Freight · LinehaulApproved FCL, LCL or air service plus disclosed carrier and fuel-related chargesA headline rate excludes peak-season, rollover or security surcharges
Customs · DestinationEntry coordination and duties / import taxes handled according to the written classification and valuation assumptions“Tax included” depends on undervaluation, wrong classification or an undisclosed importer structure
Final mile · DeliveryAddress type, appointment, pallet, liftgate, FBA / 3PL handoff and included accessorials stated in advanceResidential, remote-area, redelivery, detention or truck-waiting charges surface at destination

What “zero hidden surcharges” means: charges within the written scope are disclosed before booking. Customs reclassification, physical examination, storage caused by consignee delay, address changes and other exceptional events are separately identified as exclusions or pass-through risks—not silently buried in the base rate.

Tailored delivery scenarios

The final mile must match the buyer’s receiving reality.

01

Amazon FBA & DTC

Prepare cartons before export with the agreed FNSKU, shipping marks, overweight labels, pallet pattern and warehouse-routing information. Amazon acceptance remains subject to the seller account and current appointment requirements.

02

B2B importers & wholesalers

Plan FCL or LCL delivery to a commercial warehouse with classification, duty, broker and final-mile responsibilities documented. IOR arrangements are confirmed per destination and shipment—not implied universally.

03

Multi-supplier projects

Collect from several factories through a Pearl River Delta hub, reconcile one master packing dataset and determine whether consolidated LCL, FCL or split air/ocean routing produces the defensible landed cost.

Red flags prevented before booking

A cheap route is expensive when the cargo description is wrong.

Undeclared batteries and sensitive cargo

Products containing lithium cells, button batteries, magnets, liquids or powders are screened before dispatch. Where applicable, we request the appropriate MSDS, UN38.3 or transport evidence and quote a compatible channel.

False valuation and tariff evasion

We do not support fabricated low-value invoices, false product descriptions or “tax-inclusive” routes that depend on customs fraud. Commercial value, classification and documents must be defensible.

Anti-dumping and countervailing duties

The product, material, origin and destination are reviewed for obvious AD/CVD exposure before rate approval. A freight quotation is not a substitute for destination-country legal advice when classification or trade-remedy risk is disputed.

QC + DDP release loop

Do not spend freight and duty moving defects overseas.

“Unlike a pure freight broker, we do not blindly release cartons into the export chain. The agreed inspection checkpoint is completed first; you review the evidence and authorize shipment release.”
  1. 01 · InspectComplete the agreed pre-shipment inspection or packaging gate.
  2. 02 · DecideBuyer approves, holds or requests rework based on the report.
  3. 03 · ReleaseOnly approved cargo moves into booking, export and DDP delivery execution.
Working method

Clear checkpoints from brief to decision.

We agree what success looks like before starting. Findings are separated into facts, risks and recommended actions so your team can move quickly.

Routing, duties, tax treatment and importer-of-record requirements depend on product, destination and shipment structure. Final booking follows a written quotation and compliance review.

  1. 01

HS code and compliance audit: review the product specification, material, use and destination to identify the proposed tariff classification, duty assumptions and potential AD/CVD or controlled-goods exposure.

  2. 02

Origin gate and packaging right-sizing: collect from South China suppliers, reconcile cartons, confirm chargeable dimensions and remove avoidable volume without weakening transit protection.

  3. 03

Ocean or air linehaul: book the buyer-approved FCL, LCL or air route and report carrier, sailing or flight milestone, estimated departure and estimated arrival as available.

  4. 04

Customs release and final-mile delivery: coordinate the declared import entry, duties and taxes under the agreed DDP structure, schedule delivery and return proof of delivery.

Scope of work

What you receive.

01

Classification & quotation file

Build the quote from a documented product and destination—not a generic rate per kilogram.

  • Proposed HS code and tariff assumption
  • AD/CVD, battery and regulated-product screening flags
  • Written inclusions, exclusions and quote-validity window
02

South China origin execution

Coordinate pickups, consolidation and export preparation across the supplier network.

  • Factory pickup and domestic transfer plan
  • Packing-list, carton and export-document reconciliation
  • Export filing and origin terminal-charge scope

Linehaul & customs coordination

Match the cargo profile to a documented ocean or air service and compliant import process.

  • FCL, LCL or air-routing comparison where applicable

04

Final mile & delivery evidence

Define the receiving conditions before the cargo is already at destination.
